What is your return policy?

This information applies to product that is purchased from marshallheadphones.com only:

It is possible to return on-ear headphones and speakers within 14 days of receiving them (measured by the delivered date in the tracking info). The headphones and speakers must be in like-new, perfect condition and all parts / cables must be included in the original packaging.

It is not possible to return in-ear headphones once the packaging has been opened due to personal hygiene reasons.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products and that Marshall Headphones is not responsible for items lost in the mail.


For Bundle purchases (ie: 2 for 1 sales): 

It is necessary to return the complete bundle in order to receive a full refund.  

If only a portion of the bundle is returned, you will be charged the full purchase price of the item(s) that you keep and receive the remaining balance as a refund.

Please note that the above terms also apply: in-ear items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
